“Wild Wonderful Blue Sampler” Made by quilters all over WV and sewn together & finished by President Jeanette Ferrell Tuff.  The drawing for the quilt was at our meeting on October 2, 1999.  It was won by 10 year old Samantha Barajas of Beckley, WV.  Her grandmother had bought her just one ticket!    Wild Wonderful Blue Sampler	Samantha Barajas with her new quilt The Penthouse Quilters at work basting the quilt.
