• Photocopy of entry form required to pick up quilts on Saturday, June 26 between 6:30 and 8 PM.  Shipped quilts to be returned by July 1st.

• Fees $10.00 first item.  $7.00 each additional item.
• Must be a member of West Virginia Quilters, Inc. to enter.  Membership dues are $15.00/yr.
• Guild Banners will need a quilt entry form submitted.  No fee required for banners.
• Boutique items accepted anytime by Cathy Sowa.
• Little Quilts accepted anytime by Linda Sago for auction held Saturday, June 26th at 1:30 PM.

• June 25th, Friday, 7 PM, Grand Show and Tell  Free, but reservations required.
• June 26th, Saturday, 12 Noon, Quilters Luncheon  $15.00 ea.

• Shipped quilts arrive between these dates placed in a plastic bag, in a sturdy box for return shipment.  Include an envelope taped to plastic bag with pre-addressed return label, shipping preference and check/money order for return shipping and insurance (same as your shipping cost).  Include a second stamped, self addressed envelope or postcard if you wish notice of entry’s arrival.

Quilt Show 10 AM – 8 PM   
Vendors open.  Boutique open.

• Daily fee $6.00 or 3 day pass for $12.00.
• Raffle Quilt set up in a frame for guest quilting all three days.
• Raffle Baskets includes a wide variety of quilting items.
• Snack Bar open within the Arena.
•  Dinner 6 PM (includes lecture) $25.00   Both dinner and/or lecture requires a reservation on the Special Events Order Form due postmarked by June 1st to Gail Vaillancourt.
• Lecture 7 PM  $10.00 lecture only
• “Challenges” lecture  by Lois Smith from Rockville, MD.
• Tickets will be held at the registration desk
