The West Virginia Quilt Festival provides outstanding sponsorship opportunities for small and large companies, corporations, and guilds. Our sponsors receive visibility and name recognition within a large and diverse audience through print advertising, news releases, publications, signage at our events, and on our website.

    Special exhibit underwriting is a vital source of financial support for the Festival and a valuable marketing and public relations tool for sponsors. Other options for partnership include funding lectures, workshops, or a special event. WVQ will work with your company to create a sponsorship package that will provide you with the best possible exposure to our attendees.

    The West Virginia Quilt Festival offers sponsors three levels of opportunity to reach a target audience: quilt lovers, quilters, and those who love them! Each festival attendee receives a program booklet that includes general information on the show, a schedule of events, classes, exhibit information and a host of ads of interest to its participants. Platinum Sponsors are viewed as mainstays of our show. At $5000 or more each, provided as a lump sum, Platinum Sponsors will receive maximum recognition throughout the show and all of the following benefits if desired:

• One complimentary booth of choice for sponsor.
• Listing credit with logo on West Virginia Quilt Festival website page with a link to sponsor website, and logo on front cover of Festival Program Booklet.
• Full page ad in Festival Program Booklet.
• Invitation to the Wednesday evening VIP reception (June 22d) which officially opens the West Virginia Quilt Festival.
